REFUND POLICY & CHARGEBACK TERMS
Bookuet Booklub
This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through the Bookuet Booklub website. By placing an order, you (“Customer”) agree to be legally bound by the terms stated below.
1. GENERAL POLICY
1.1 All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
1.2 Refunds are strictly limited and subject to approval at the sole discretion of Bookuet Booklub.
1.3 By completing a purchase, the Customer confirms full understanding and acceptance of this policy.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
2.1 Pre-order items that have entered printing, production, or manufacturing stages.
2.2 Orders that have been processed, packed, or shipped.
2.3 Change of mind or personal preference after purchase.
2.4 Failure to read product descriptions, estimated timelines, or Terms & Conditions.
2.5 Delays caused by third parties including manufacturers, logistics providers, or courier services.
3. ELIGIBLE REFUND CONDITIONS
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
3.1 The item is unavailable due to reasons attributable to Bookuet Booklub.
3.2 The Customer receives an incorrect item due to an internal error.
3.3 The product is materially defective upon arrival (subject to verification).
4. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE
4.1 Refund requests must be submitted within 3–7 days from the date of delivery.
4.2 Customers must provide:
- Order ID
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photo/video evidence
4.3 Incomplete submissions may result in automatic rejection.
5. REFUND PROCESSING
5.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
5.2 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where applicable.
5.3 Processing time is subject to the policies of the payment provider and financial institutions.
6. SHIPPING & COURIER LIABILITY
6.1 Bookuet Booklub shall not be held liable for:
- Lost parcels
- Damages caused during courier handling
6.2 Customers are required to deal directly with the courier service for claims.
6.3 Assistance may be provided, but final resolution is subject to courier policies.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
7.1 Orders cannot be cancelled once:
- Payment has been successfully confirmed, and
- The order has entered processing or production
7.2 Exceptions are strictly at the sole discretion of Bookuet Booklub.
8. ANTI-CHARGEBACK POLICY
8.1 By completing a purchase, the Customer agrees not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Bookuet Booklub for resolution.
8.2 Any chargeback filed without valid grounds, including but not limited to:
- Claiming non-receipt despite confirmed shipment
- Claiming unauthorized transaction after successful payment authentication
- Disputing valid pre-order transactions
shall be considered a fraudulent dispute.
8.3 In the event of a chargeback:
- Bookuet Booklub reserves the right to submit all relevant evidence (including order records, payment confirmation, and shipping details) to the payment provider
- The Customer may be blacklisted from future purchases
- The Customer may be liable for administrative fees, chargeback penalties, and recovery costs
8.4 Bookuet Booklub reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases of fraudulent chargebacks.
9. RIGHT TO REFUSE
9.1 Bookuet Booklub reserves the absolute right to reject any refund or dispute request that does not comply with this policy.
9.2 Any abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of the refund system may result in account suspension and/or legal action.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, including the Anti-Chargeback Terms.
